Buckeye Fiber Internet with bandwidth up to 10 Gig is available in limited areas based on network design. Fiber Internet packages include symmetrical download and upload, Unlimited Data, and requires an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) device which Buckeye Broadband will permanently install at no cost to the customer. Advertised bandwidth is to the wired connection; WiFi performance may be impacted by numerous factors including customer device performance and in-home network configuration. Buckeye Fiber does not support any legacy converter equipment. StreamTV is the video solution for Fiber homes, requires Local 30+ HD cable TV and is subject to additional charges. Buckeye Broadband provides two router solutions for bandwidth packages up to Fiber 1 Gig. The first cost effective router solution is an Evolution router with no Brainiacs support. Brainiacs support may be added for an additional monthly fee. SmartNet powered by eero is the second router solution which provides the ultimate experience through a true mesh WiFi system, a WiFi Guarantee and Brainiacs 24/7 phone, remote and Tech Hub support for customer owned, Internet connected devices. For Multi-Gig 2-10 bandwidth packages, a WiFi router is not included and must be purchased separately by the customer.
